5 golden rules to great bass playing

Your role in any band is to support each chord individually

consider it your mission statement

support each chord

you are going to achieve this by :-

1 playing one note for each chord

2 playing at least 3 notes for each chord

3 playing several notes for each chord

4 playing 5 notes based on the chord name

5 using a chromatic type bass line

ok some of these rules are a bit dificult for a beginner
